This is a sample reply.

One of the greatest strengths is the number of people who really care about this area and are interested in participating.

The biggest strength is the same as our biggest weakness- the amount of traffic along FM 1960.
Businesses along FM 1960 have tens of thousands of people driving by every day. The problem is that few of the businesses from I-45 to Kuykendahl look like a place you'd want to go into, unless they have direct ramifications if they fall under disrepair.
So, my idea for improving the traffic along FM 1960 (because we have to accentuate the positive along with eliminating the negative) is to, after they finish the Kuykendahl interchange, remove a couple of the traffic lights to speed up traffic, so people have less reason to avoid 1960. My suggestions would be Butte Creek, Terrace Oaks, and Torrey Chase. Those lights seem to never have more than 1 or 2 cars at them when they go green, slowing down traffic flow.

The Residents/The Trees/The Parks/The Arts 7 Months, 1 Week ago
The residents of this area are the strengths and we must band together to protect our investments in both our homes and our businesses. We are lucky to live in a beautiful section of Houston, with quick and easy access to parks and the arts.
