The community with its planning consultants will develop a strategic master plan that will serve as the guiding principles for the corridor’s community improvements benefiting the area’s overall quality of life. 2. The primary focus of the plan is to: improve the quality of life and amenities for all who live and work in the area; achieve a more secure, livable environment where the residents can raise families in peaceful, aesthetically attractive neighborhoods; preserve an area where businesses can prosper; and where schools and institutions can better serve the entire community.
