The Corporation is managed by a volunteer board of directors consisting of area business owners and civic leaders. All are long time residents and/or business owners who have been active members of our community for many years.  Those individuals are listed below. They will be happy to talk with you and answer your questions.

We emphasize that NO member of the Board of Directors NOR the Executive Director receive compensation. These are all volunteer positions.  Should you wish to be considered for a position on the Board the criteria are listed below.  We invite you to submit your resume for consideration to any of the board members below.  We also invite anyone interested in assisting in the day to day functions of this group to contact the Executive Director.  Get involved and help us make a difference.

To be qualified to serve as a Director, a person must be at least 18 years old and;

(1) a resident of the area;
(2) an owner of property in the area;
(3) an owner of stock, whether beneficial or otherwise, of a corporate owner of property in the area;
(4) an owner of a beneficial interest in a trust that owns property in the area; or
(5) an agent, employee, or tenant of a person covered by (2), (3), or (4) above.

Commissioner Eversole is the Precinct 4 commissioner representing the interests of more than 837,000 residents and manage an operating budget of $80.9 million. He is responsible for the largest Harris County commissioner’s precinct. He oversees the maintenance and construction of over 2,700 miles of roads--approximately 45 percent of the total Harris County road miles--and 11 miles of bridges.
