Will residential properties pay anything? PDF Print E-mail
We understand the type of management district proposed for the FM-1960 area will not levy any assessment on residential areas or properties. The payment is known as an assessment and a residence will not have to pay the assessment. Homeowners in the 1960 management district will be exempt forever from the special assessments by the proposed management district.
