The Urban Plan is in draft form as of October 2008. The plan cannot be completed until all the funds are raisied to pay the planner. Be assured this is being paid for with local funds and NOT with any government subsidy. All the labor for this site and the organization has been donated by indivuduals.This is the only way we can improve our community--doing it ourselves. 

Opponents of the formation of a district have begun the campaign to stop it by urging people to not support the idea of a district until the plan is available. Either that is a way to prevent the plan and hurt the chances of the formation or simply to avoid contributing. We do not believe people in this area want a free ride and trust they will see value in a plan before they see the plan. This is a simple "chicken or the egg" issue.
