Why do we need another community organization? |

The management districrt will be a unit of government and not a community association. Therefore, the “membership” are those that pay the assessment. The District’s role will be as a public partner and it will in no way replace other groups or take over any services provided by those very valuable groups. The role will be to extend those services in ways those private organizations cannot due to limited abilities, time and funding.
