Patricia Fincher Harless is a fourth generation Texan who has been active in community improvement efforts long before she was elected as the State Represenative for District 126.
 She is an active small business and civic leader. Her mother and father started Fred Fincher Motors in Houston, an automobile dealership, in 1959 and she joined the business in 1984 as Chief Financial Officer. She knows small business' needs and those of the residents and parents.
