Proposed Graffiti Abatement Project

• Project: Graffiti Abatement.
• Purpose: Remove graffiti as soon as possible. 
• Value: Discourages graffiti in the area by depriving the vandal of the pride of his/her “work” being seen by others. Also discourages gang activity.
• Location:  Within the proposed district.
• Potential Partner: Property owners.
• Cost: The District would hire an abatement team already in use by other districts. The team will only work for public entities.
• Implementation:  Proposed as a first year project.
