Letter to Commercial Property Owners, dated October 8, 2008.  Click here to download the letter. The attached letter was mailed to all property owners within the proposed boundaries.  Addresses were obtained from Harris County Appraisal District (HCAD).  The attachment is provided for your convenience in anticipation that some of the addresses may not have been accurate.

Commercial Property Owner Meeting Dates:

The following meetings have been arranged to give commercial property owners an opportunity to hear first hand and to further provide input to the Visioning Plan that is being created through public input.  At these meetings we will be seeking your input and be available to answer any questions you might have about the Visioning Plan and the proposed Management District.  

1. Thursday, October 23rd 4PM – Houston Northwest Medical Center, 710 FM 1960 W., Houston 77090, Women’s Atriums, Conference Rooms A&B off the main lobby (on Roberson Dr.)
2. Monday, October 27th 4PM – Northwoods Presbyterian Church, 3320 FM 1960W, Houston 77068, Rooms 211 & 212.
3. Wednesday, October 29th 4PM – Methodist Willowbrook Hospital, Cypress Room, 18222 State Highway 249, Houston 77070
