Ron Hickman, the Precinct 4 Constable for Harris County in Spring Texas, is responsible for the largest of the unincorporated areas served by Harris County?s eight Constables, Constable Hickman brings thirty years of experience in law enforcement with twenty of those years spent right here in Precinct 4.
 Knowing the area and its needs has been a distinct advantage. Active in the local community and in a variety of Statewide professional endeavors, Constable Hickman is working to improve the professional standing through his involvement with the Justice of the Peace and Constable?s Association of Texas (JPCA).
